As a manufacturer and supplier of Blue Powder, Ultrafine Blue Pigment, Paper Coating Ultramarine Blue Pigment, Paint Industry Blue Pigment and Plastic Grade Blue Pigment, we constantly innovate and develop products and processes. The raw materials we use in the manufacturing of our Ultramarine Blue Pigment are iron-free kaolin, anhydrous Sodium Carbonate, Powdered Sulphur, anhydrous Sodium Sulphate and powdered charcoal. By using the finest quality of these chemicals, we are able to produce Plastic Grade Blue Pigment, Paper Coating Ultramarine Blue Pigment, etc.

Later, these chemicals are mixed together to form a mixture and then heated in a kiln. The solids obtained are then grounded and washed for manufacturing other insoluble pigment manufacturing processes.

We follow a separate dry and wet process for obtaining the pigments and the choice of process used depends on the customer requirement.

The approach we use for keeping our quality standards high extends beyond the ordinary techniques of statistical quality control. Despite considering a limited set of changeable features within a product that already exists, our method focuses on a complete overview and re-evaluation of every specific product.

The quality control process at our company is segregated into two parts:

Production and Process Control Lab: Here, we clear our raw material requirements, test these raw material and once approved the procured raw materials are sent for the production of Ultramarine Blue Pigment.

Application and Product Testing Lab: Believing that every customer and industry has its distinct requirements. To fulfill these requirements, we are backed by a team of technical people who persistently work to provide our customers with the best pigments and services.
